# Senior Power Platform Developer (Power Automate/AI Automation)

This is you 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development, with Power Automate as your core tool (cloud flows, approvals, connectors, error handling and monitoring), plus working knowledge of Power Apps and Dataverse. A track record of taking end-to-end business-process automations from design to production, not just proofs of concept. Experience adding AI capabilities to automation solutions on the Microsoft stack (e.g., AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI / Azure AI services). Solid integration skills: REST APIs, custom connectors and enterprise-system integration patterns. Senior-level solution thinking: you can read a solution design document, spot the gaps and give clear, constructive technical feedback. Comfortable in agile delivery: sprints, stakeholder reviews, SIT/UAT support and defect fixing. Advanced English (C1 or higher) for day-to-day work with client stakeholders. Nice-to-have skills Coupa integration experience. SAP integration experience, especially SAP S/4HANA (e.g., OData/APIs or the SAP connector). Procure-to-Pay / finance process domain knowledge (requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, approvals). Copilot Studio agents or Azure OpenAI-based automation running in production. Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management). Power Platform ALM and governance (solutions, environments, pipelines). Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-500 or PL-600. This is your role Develop the full end-to-end P2P use case on Microsoft Power Automate: workflows, approvals, automation components and supporting user interfaces. Configure the Power Platform environment and build and validate the integrations with SAP S/4HANA and Coupa. Review the solution design document and provide technical feedback; contribute to architecture and design decisions. Identify where AI can add value in the P2P process and implement it. Work in iterative sprints, take part in stakeholder reviews, support SIT and UAT and resolve defects. Deploy the solution to production for the client's HQ/Group and provide HyperCare support and issue resolution. What awaits you at Avenga?
