# Customer Service Advisor

RoShay Services

Role Overview The Customer Service Advisor is the first and last point of contact for customers, responsible for creating positive impressions and fostering loyalty through product knowledge and service recommendations. The role involves communicating effectively, suggesting additional services, and providing exceptional customer experiences. No prior automotive experience is required, as comprehensive training will prepare you to become an expert in products, services, and company procedures. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers face-to-face, offering service options and additional recommendations based on inspections and manufacturer guidelines. Build lasting customer relationships by delivering friendly, knowledgeable service. Assist in promoting and explaining automotive services and products. Qualifications & Skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and grow professionally. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Full mobility and manual dexterity, with the ability to work overhead and climb stairs. Fluency in English and comprehension of written and digital training materials.
