# Digital Marketing Specialist

About The Role The Digital Marketing Specialist executes multi-channel programs that drive awareness, qualified traffic, and pipeline for technology products. The role manages campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, SEO, content distribution, and landing pages. You will work with demand generation, product marketing, sales, and creative partners to turn messaging into measurable campaigns. Success means improving acquisition efficiency, conversion rates, and reporting quality across the digital funnel. Key Responsibilities Launch and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and related platforms Build and manage email campaigns, nurture journeys, segmentation, and performance reporting in HubSpot, Marketo, or a comparable marketing automation platform Improve organic visibility through keyword research, on-page SEO, technical recommendations, and coordination with content teams Create and maintain landing pages, forms, UTM structures, and conversion paths using CMS and marketing technology tools Analyze campaign performance in GA4, Google Search Console, CRM dashboards, and spreadsheets; translate findings into optimization plans Coordinate digital content calendars and campaign deliverables across copy, design, web, and product marketing stakeholders Test messaging, creative, audiences, subject lines, and landing-page experiences to improve CTR, conversion rate, CAC, and pipeline contribution What We Are Looking For 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or a related role, preferably in a technology environment Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, email marketing, SEO, and conversion-rate optimization Working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, UTM tracking, and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel metrics, campaign attribution, and performance trends Clear writing and editing skills, with experience adapting messaging for different audiences and digital channels Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: experience with Salesforce, Looker or Tableau, CMS platforms, A/B testing tools, HTML/CSS, and B2B SaaS or technology marketing
