Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our O'Fallon, United States location! We're seeking a friendly, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll be the voice of our organization, handling customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency while maintaining our commitment to outstanding service. Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction Process cash and credit card transactions with precision and attention to detail Prepare products according to company standards and quality specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak periods Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing customer needs Assist with various operational and cleaning tasks as needed to support team success Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement Demonstrate problem-solving skills and resilience when addressing challenging customer situations Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic, and supportive approach Strong verbal and written communication abilities Proven ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Active listening skills and patience when interacting with customers Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies consistently Team-oriented mindset with a positive, collaborative attitude Problem-solving abilities and resilience in handling difficult situations Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Reliability and punctuality in meeting work commitments Previous customer service experience (preferred) Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
