# Registered Nurse (RN) - Psychiatry Clinic

Aura Health

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; collaborate with care team members; prioritize patient flow; maintain accurate documentation; advocate for patients and communicate effectively with families and providers; participate in performance improvement initiatives; support shared governance and professional standards; mentor and develop colleagues; stay current with industry best practices; and promote a positive work environment.
