# Sr Construction Manager - Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA)

Key Responsibilities&nbsp; Discipline Delivery &amp; Governance&nbsp; Own CSA Execution: Hold the General Contractor and CSA tier-1 trade partners accountable for the execution of all civil, structural, and architectural phases across the assigned building(s).&nbsp; Milestone Protection: Own the CSA critical path, schedule, and quality metrics, escalating and mitigating discipline risks before they affect the integrated program.&nbsp; Cross-Discipline Coordination: Coordinate CSA sequencing, constructability, and site logistics with the Sr CM (MEP) and project team.&nbsp; Scope Sign-Off: Lead CSA progress evaluations, owner inspections, and CSA milestone and punch-list sign-offs, feeding into the Director’s campus-level milestone authority.&nbsp; Technical &amp; Quality Oversight&nbsp; Engineering &amp; Quality Assurance: Audit and verify CSA installations comply with Fleet design documents, specifications, and quality benchmarks.&nbsp; Permit &amp; Code Verification: Verify GC compliance with local building codes, municipal permitting, and environmental standards for CSA scopes.&nbsp; Change Management: Review, validate, and disposition CSA technical submittals, RFIs, and field changes through Procore.&nbsp; Supply Chain &amp; OFCI Readiness: Align sitework, foundation pours, and structural steel readiness with long-lead OFCI delivery and rigging.&nbsp; Turnover Readiness: Validate CSA quality documentation and punch-list completion for seamless technical handover.&nbsp; Budget, Team &amp; Risk&nbsp; CSA Budget Stewardship: Own and forecast the CSA discipline budget, contingencies, and cash flow within the campus capital budget owned by the Director.&nbsp; Procurement &amp; Change Orders: Provide senior technical expertise in RFPs and onboarding; audit and negotiate CSA change orders.&nbsp; Lead the CSA Team: Direct and develop the CSA Construction Manager(s); serve as primary CSA interface to internal leadership, the GC’s CSA leadership, and consultants.&nbsp; Safety &amp; Risk: Drive an incident-free safety culture and proactively mitigate complex site conditions, logistics bottlenecks, and fast-tracked schedules.&nbsp; Basic Qualifications&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, OR equivalent practical owner-side field leadership experience.&nbsp; 12+ years of construction management experience, including significant time representing an owner/operator or developer with a focus on heavy civil earthwork, deep foundations, high-volume structural steel, or complex building envelopes on large-scale, fast-tracked projects.&nbsp; Proven track record leading CSA delivery and enforcing performance on major trade packages, contracts, and schedules for mission-critical or heavy industrial projects.&nbsp; Advanced proficiency auditing complex structural plans, validating soil/concrete quality specifications, and interpreting heavy industrial contracts.&nbsp; Experience leading direct reports (e.g., Construction Managers) on complex site scopes.&nbsp; Advanced proficiency with Procore (or equivalent), Microsoft Office Suite, and construction scheduling software.&nbsp; Preferred Qualifications&nbsp; Experience on data center or mission-critical facilities.&nbsp; Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills across multiple concurrent workstreams.&nbsp; Detail-oriented self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, on-site environment.&nbsp; About Fleet&nbsp; Fleet Data Centers designs, builds, and operates mega-scale data center campuses. These positions are located in the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center north of Sparks, NV and require the candidate to be on-site (senior field roles on-site five days per week), located within a commutable distance to the project site.&nbsp; Salary Expectations: $175,000
