We are looking for a Full-time Night shift Receptionist at our new, free-standing psychiatric hospital. Responsibilities include Welcomes visitors in person and a warm greeting over the telephone Relays messages appropriately and delivers messages in a timely manner Processes and distributes daily mail and communication Maintains filing records as needed Maintains security procedures and patient confidentiality Receives and replenishes supplies Maintains a clean and safe environment and reports equipment malfunctions Other duties as assigned High School Diploma or equivalent Must have excellent customer service skills Prior administrative experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer skills working with Microsoft Office Suite Working at Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center (PBBHC) offers the rare opportunity to be a part of a brand-new, mission-driven organization that is transforming access to behavioral healthcare across West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico.
