RN - Acute Care - Orthopedic Surgery - Full-time Day Shift

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an acute care, orthopedic surgical unit to provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Include Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices. Delivering relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to individual patient needs. Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education. Ensuring safe, coordinated care through interdisciplinary collaboration and timely documentation. Supporting performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Mentoring and serving as a preceptor for other nursing staff and students. Participating in protocol development, resource management, and compliance with policies and standards. Qualifications Include Associates or Bachelor of Nursing; BSN preferred. Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact). BLS certification required upon hire. Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience. Skills Required Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency in clinical technology and basic computer skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, respond to emergencies, and demonstrate critical thinking.
