Position Summary The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating subcontractors, vendors, clients, inspectors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities • Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout. • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, schedules, and project milestones. • Maintain project budgets, placing orders for all materials needed within the timeline, schedules, permits, inspections, and compliance documentation. • Responsible for ordering and scheduling in a timely manner all materials and subcontractors installments. • Conduct routine site walkthroughs and quality control inspections. • Identify project risks and implement corrective actions immediately. • Serve as the primary contact for clients and management, subcontractors and vendors. • Document all project activity in Buildertrend daily, including photos, notes, communications, schedules, inspections, and punch list items. • Ensure all project records remain organized, accurate, and current. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of construction project management experience on luxury home builds at 3.5 million and above. NO TRACK HOUSES. COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE DOES NOT APPLY. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, permitting, and inspections. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining consistent communication and documentation standards. • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve construction defects, incomplete work, and quality concerns before they impact schedules or customer satisfaction.
