Customer Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to take part in Hyundai Motor Türkiye located in İzmit/Kocaeli; Division: Quality Department: Quality Assurance We want you to: Analysis & follow up Europe & Domestic field claims Joint investigation with suppliers for part r/cause analysis & improvements Prepares various reports about quality issues, test and improvement studies Makes the necessary interventions to solve technical problems Follows up corrective & preventive activities Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports Regularly supplier visit & actions confirmation You will also need to have: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or in related fields At least 2 years of QA/QC experience Experience in automotive sector is a plus & Knowledge of IATF 16949 Having knowledge and experience with Trim Part Group (Injection process knowledge is a plus), Quality Core Tools (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA etc.), CATIA and GD&T Excellent command of both written & spoken English Excellent command of MS Office programs Analytic thinking & ability to analysis of complex problems Team player, self-motivated and analytical minded Strong communication and interpersonal skill We Offer Working on a global level and recognized internationally, Chance to enhance your competencies and unlock your potential, Structured training and ongoing career development, Flexible working hours (Flextime), Flexible benefits, Comprehensive private health insurance, Casual dress code “Hyundai Motor Türkiye is an equal opportunity employer and promotes diversity in the workplace.”
