Deputy Program Manager

Job Description The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) serves as the second-in-command and principal assistant to the Program Manager (PM) for a complex, high-visibility IT program. The DPM provides daily operational oversight, technical leadership, and staff supervision across multiple task areas and project teams. This role ensures continuity of program operations, supports contract compliance, manages program deliverables, and acts on behalf of the PM as required. The DPM works closely with Government stakeholders, technical leads, subcontractors, and corporate leadership to ensure high-quality performance, financial integrity, and mission success across all contract activities.
