Oncology/Infusion RN (Full-Time) (Days)

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes promoting patient and family-centered care, educating patients on managing their health, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Participate in promoting a healing environment through patient education and safety initiatives. Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to standards of nursing care. Qualifications & Skills Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree and RN license. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience. Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills. Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a healthcare setting.
