# E-commerce digital manager

An international FMCG company is looking for an E-commerce & Digital Manager to drive the company’s e-commerce and digital growth across Kazakhstan and selected markets in the region. What you'll do: Develop and execute the e-commerce and digital strategy in line with overall business objectives. Manage and grow the company’s e-commerce business across key online platforms and marketplaces. Develop and implement e-commerce plans, including assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, and digital activations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce partners and marketplaces. Manage online product launches and ensure strong digital execution across relevant channels. Monitor e-commerce performance, sales KPIs, traffic, conversion, and other key digital metrics. Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Work closely with marketing, sales, brand, and regional teams to develop integrated digital and e-commerce initiatives. What we're looking for: Higher education in Marketing, Business, Digital, Economics, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, online sales, or a similar commercial role. Proven experience working with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or digital channels. Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing principles. Experience managing external partners, agencies, or marketplace relationships. Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into business actions. Excellent project management and communication skills. Fluent English. Strong knowledge of the Kazakhstan e-commerce market is a strong advantage.
