Responsibilities : Lead client walk-throughs and confirm job expectations Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets company standards Support and mentor teammates during cleanings Serve as primary communicator with clients and the office Document notes, updates, and photos using company apps Requirements : 1+ year of residential cleaning experience required Ability to complete solo cleans with confidence Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills Comfortable with mobile apps for scheduling and documentation Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance Ability to work 25–40 hours per week with a flexible schedule Benefits : Starting pay of $20.00 –$24.00 per hour, based on experience, + tips!
