Growth Product Manager

Responsibilities; Own and optimize the product growth funnel, from acquisition to retention and monetization. Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, user insights, and customer feedback. Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Track key product metrics and make data-driven decisions. Contribute to AI-powered product development and growth initiatives. Qualifications; 3–5 years of Product Management experience, including 1–2 years in Growth Product Management or funnel optimization. Experience with B2B SaaS products; PLG or self-service product experience is a plus. Hands-on experience with A/B testing, growth experimentation, and analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Metabase). Basic SQL knowledge and a strong analytical mindset. Experience using AI tools in product workflows; AI product development or rapid prototyping is a plus. Experience with pricing & packaging or CX, Helpdesk, or CRM products is a plus.
