We are currently seeking a talented Global Warehouse and Transportation Operations Manager to join our dynamic Supply Chain Team . Based at our headquarter in Altunizade/Istanbul, this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Global Supply Chain Team . Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse, transportation and logistics operations. Proven experience managing regional or global warehouse and transportation operations across multiple countries. Strong analytical and financial acumen with proven experience in logistics cost optimization and operational excellence initiatives. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and project management skills. Strong communication and influencing skills in a multicultural environment. Fluent in English. Job Description Lead global warehouse and transportation operations across multiple countries and subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with global logistics strategies, operational standards and business objectives. Drive operational excellence across all subsidiaries by standardizing warehouse and transportation processes, sharing best practices and ensuring consistent execution throughout the organization. Provide functional leadership and guidance to local logistics teams, supporting capability development and operational performance improvement across countries. Identify and lead cross-country cost-saving initiatives, developing and implementing projects that optimize warehouse and transportation costs while maintaining or improving service levels. Conduct logistics network analyses and feasibility studies for new warehouse investments, distribution models, transportation solutions and operational improvement opportunities. Lead warehouse layout optimization, storage utilization, capacity planning and productivity improvement projects across the global network. Drive digitalization and automation initiatives by implementing innovative logistics technologies, data analytics and process automation solutions. Establish and monitor logistics KPIs, including warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, transportation cost, warehouse cost, capacity utilization and supplier performance, driving corrective actions where necessary. Own warehouse and transportation budgets, leading annual budgeting, forecasting and cost control processes across global operations. Lead and develop global warehouse and transportation operations team while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
