Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based at KIA of Dartmouth in North Dartmouth, MA. This role handles incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information about vehicles, services, and appointments. Daily responsibilities include scheduling test drives and service visits, updating customer records, and ensuring prompt follow-up to questions or concerns. The representative supports sales and service teams by coordinating communication, confirming appointments, and assisting with basic administrative tasks. The position is focused on delivering a positive, seamless customer experience for all visitors and callers. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills in Customer Service and Customer Experience, with a focus on clear, respectful communication. Ability to provide responsive Customer Support and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction in a busy dealership environment. Experience working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar front-desk, call center, or retail roles. Comfort with basic computer systems, phone systems, and appointment scheduling tools. Reliable attendance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Professional demeanor, active listening skills, and the ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently. High school diploma or equivalent; prior automotive or dealership experience is a plus but not required.
