# Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support key accounting and financial reporting functions. This role will play an important part in month-end close, general ledger management, account reconciliations, inventory-related accounting activities, and financial analysis while helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial records and reporting Perform inventory reconciliations, valuation analysis, and investigate inventory-related variances Assist with cost analysis, inventory reporting, and operational accounting activities Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules Assist with financial reporting, audits, and compliance with GAAP requirements Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial accuracy, process improvements, and business initiatives Participate in special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes Experience with inventory accounting, cost analysis, or balance sheet management is preferred Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel CPA or progress toward certification is a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Collaborative and supportive team environment Exposure to a broad range of accounting responsibilities Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and business initiatives Stable organization with strong long-term growth potential
