# Sales Representative - Residential & Commercial Roofing

Bluegrass Stream

Role: Sales Representative focused on growing residential and commercial roofing business. Responsibilities Prospect neighborhoods and respond to inbound leads to generate new business. Inspect roofs and educate homeowners and property managers on repair and replacement options. Prepare accurate estimates and coordinate with project managers. Guide customers through insurance claims and project steps to ensure smooth processes. Build trust with clients, close deals, and promote repeat referrals. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to inspect roofs and provide knowledgeable advice. Team-oriented with a focus on building relationships. Key Attributes: Driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client interactions to support business growth in the construction and exterior restoration industry.
