Full Time Baker

Cookie Fix is a growing, family-owned business with company-owned and franchise locations across the Southeast, looking for an exceptional full-time Lead Baker to work at our company-owned stores: Cookie Fix Cahaba Heights and Cookie Fix Homewood. At Cookie Fix, we love making people’s day with warm cookies and genuine hospitality. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for baking, customer experience, inventory, daily operations, and developing a small team. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, self-motivated, enjoys serving people, and is comfortable taking ownership of their work while working independently. Restaurant, bakery, coffee shop, retail, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred, but character, work ethic, and initiative matter most. As we grow, there may be opportunities to contribute beyond store operations through training, local marketing, grand openings, and other special projects. Position Details: Full-time leadership position (~35 hours/week) Primarily weekday schedule, 2-3 Saturdays/month and holiday coverage.
