# Tax Manager Assistant (Fresh Graduate)

🚀 We’re Hiring: Tax Manager Assistant | Istanbul, Türkiye We are looking for a Tax Manager Assistant to join our Finance team in Istanbul and contribute to our tax operations in Türkiye and international markets. This is a great opportunity for both recent graduates who are eager to build a career in Tax and candidates who have relevant experience in the tax field . 📌 Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and provide insights on Türkiye and international tax developments , including tax trends, legislation and tax audits across major industries.
• Identify changes in tax legislation and analyze their potential impact on the company.
• Support the development and operation of tax administration processes for international business activities in Türkiye and contribute to effective cooperation with tax authorities.
• Prepare and support ETR (Effective Tax Rate) and cash flow forecasts , as well as regular tax declarations.
• Manage Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation .
• Review contracts and business model/operational changes from a tax perspective and provide appropriate tax solutions.
• Support tax audit responses and tax certainty processes, including rulings and Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) .
• Support other tax-related internal requirements and projects when needed. 🎯 What We’re Looking For
• University degree in Finance, Tax, Accounting, Statistics or a related field.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply — motivation, analytical thinking and willingness to learn are highly valued.
• Candidates with relevant experience in tax-related roles are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience in tax audit response is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/data processing systems.
• Strong written and spoken English is essential.
