The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or a related field and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities: Support project managers in coordinating construction projects from kickoff through closeout Track project schedules, budgets, and documentation Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and project correspondence Assist with permit, contract, and change order administration Conduct site visits and help monitor project progress and compliance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred 1-3 years of construction project coordination or related experience Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to grow their career in construction project management within a fast-paced NYC environment.
