We deliver treatment through individualized plans of care, and target socially significant behaviors, enabling the clients we serve to lead more independent, fulfilling lives.   As a rapidly growing organization, we are seeking a self-starting Senior Accountant who can solve problems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will manage accounting and support operations through financial analysis, process improvement and documentation, and the implementation and maintenance of systems and controls. Reporting directly to the Controller & Director of Strategic Finance, you will help build efficient, scalable, best-in-class accounting and finance functions that support our growth, with high visibility to the CFO and senior leadership team.
