International Markets Regional Manager

What is the Summary of This Position? The purpose of this role is to drive international business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving sales and profitability targets across assigned regions. What You’ll Be Doing? Developing and implementing business development and market expansion strategies in assigned regions in line with the company's international growth objectives, while identifying new market opportunities and executing market entry plans, Evaluating potential countries, customers, and business partners; establishing new collaborations through distributorship, licensing, contract manufacturing, and co-marketing models; and managing existing business partnerships, Planning and executing actions to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets in assigned countries, while preparing and managing budgets and sales plans, Determining commercial terms, leading negotiations, managing contract processes, and ensuring effective coordination with relevant stakeholders, Collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure the effective execution of regulatory, product launch, and sales operations processe, Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management on market analyses, business development projects, and sales performance. Which Profile Are We Looking For? Bachelors’ degree in related field, Preferably at least 10 years of experience in international sales, business development, or foreign trade, Preferably experienced in international market management within the pharmaceutical industry, Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, Proficient in SAP, IMS, and Microsoft Office applications.
