# Customer Service Rep

Job Description Position Summary The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The CSR serves as a key point of contact between customers and the company while maintaining a professional and positive customer experience. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and other communications in a timely and professional manner. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Research and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and service issues. Maintain customer records and update account information as needed. Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Transportation, and Warehouse teams to resolve customer concerns. Handle pricing inquiries, product availability requests, and delivery-related questions. Document customer interactions and resolutions within company systems. Meet established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous Customer Service Experience Preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and customer management systems. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Compensation 19.00
