Maintenance Technician - The Stella & Elisabetta

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician at The Stella & Elisabetta! Are you someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys making a positive impact through hands-on maintenance? We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to support The Stella (132-units) and Elisabetta (91-units), two affordable housing communities in Denver, CO. In this role, you’ll help keep both properties in great condition by completing repairs, addressing resident service requests, and ensuring everything is well-maintained, safe, and comfortable for residents . What You'll Do Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances. Maintain exterior of the property along with tackling seasonal prep such as fall cleanup or snow removal. Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp. Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned. Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists. Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal. Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds. Communicate with vendors and contractors. What You'll Bring Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, and appliance repair. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements. Ability to participate in the on-call emergency rotation schedule. Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset. High school diploma or equivalent required.
