Registered Nurse - Acute Care Orthopedic Telemetry Unit

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, formulate and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program, possess strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills, and demonstrate compassionate patient interactions. Key Duties: Promote patient safety and satisfaction, ensure high-quality care, participate in unit and organizational goals, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Environment & Additional Info: Work primarily in private and semi-private rooms with diverse medical conditions, including orthopedic and surgical patients. Must be flexible to work shifts, including every other weekend and holidays. The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and commitment to excellence in patient care.
