As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers with every stop. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Granite City area Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and transparency Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly Handle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving record Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback Organize and load vehicles efficiently to maximize delivery capacity and minimize travel time Remain flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, route adjustments, and business demands Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery purposes Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic Customer service orientation with a positive, friendly attitude Ability to work independently while remaining goal-oriented and results-driven Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery Willingness to pass a criminal background check MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and supported.
