Marketing Coordinator About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator in Charlotte, NC who is organized, creative, and comfortable keeping multiple projects moving at the same time. This role could suit someone who enjoys coordinating people and information, supporting campaigns, and making sure marketing projects stay on track. Experience in marketing, communications, events, sales, customer service, or administration can provide useful transferable skills. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day marketing projects and activities Support promotional campaigns and events Prepare presentations, marketing materials, and reports Communicate with customers, clients, and internal teams Maintain campaign schedules and project information Research audiences, competitors, and market trends Track campaign activity and gather feedback Follow up on outstanding tasks and deadlines Help keep marketing materials and information organized Support the wider marketing team with ongoing projects What’s Important You’ll need strong communication skills, good organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Previous experience in marketing or coordination is helpful, but relevant experience in events, sales, customer service, administration, or other fast-paced environments can also be valuable.
