Job Position: Bigdata / Hadoop Architect Job Location: Oldsmar, FL Fulltime Job Description Role: Bigdata / Hadoop Architect Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills • 8+ years of experience in the Java and & J2EE technologies • 5+ years of experience with Architecture with a minimum of 2 Years on Hadoop • 3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring team at Architect level • Extensive Solutioning and implementation skills using CDH involving Impala, Spark. MapReduce and Hive with • Processing Streaming inputs / Importing data in to HDFS from Hetrogeneous technologies • Capacity Planning for Hadoop Clusters • Processing Unstructured Data with Structured data in a SLA driven environment • Expertise in Hadoop Monitoring and Performance tuning activities • Knowledge of E2E CDH echo system • Hands on wrt development and admin • Knowledge of Data Lakes, Processing with Graph DBs and Scala will be a plus • Knowledge of working in a Agile / Scrum based enviroment will be a plus • Technical team management experience including offshore team members • Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience in Machine Learning, Data Analytics Roles and responsibility ü Responsible for overall hadoop architecture, Capacity Planning, design and standards ü Lead Hadopp Architecture Team ü Guide onshore and offshore teams to ensure standards are met ü Work with the application development teams throughout the development life cycle ü Evaluate new features, products ü Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept projects ü Stay current with emerging industry trends ü Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks ü Create Preliminary and Detail design document based on the business requirement ü Good written and oral communication ü Explain complex design items through documents and white-board sessions with Customer Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Enablling Automated Code Quality Checking tools for Impala, Spark Total experience in required skill (years) ~10 years Work Location Oldsmar, FL Thanks & Regards, Prabhat Kumar ——————————————————— Next Level Business Services, Inc.
