Human Resources Manager

We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager to join Flow Games and help us build and support a strong team. Location: Levent, İstanbul You’ll work closely with the founders and team leads, with meaningful ownership over hiring and people-related processes across the company. What you'll do Own end-to-end recruitment processes. Source and reach out to strong candidates. Work closely with the founders and team leads throughout the hiring process. Manage onboarding processes. Support day-to-day HR operations and employee processes. Help improve our hiring, people, and workplace practices as the team grows. What we're looking for 2+ years of professional HR experience. Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and talent sourcing. A proactive approach to finding and engaging candidates. A strong sense of ownership. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organization and attention to detail. Professional proficiency in both Turkish and English. Experience in mobile gaming, technology, or a fast-growing startup is a strong plus.
