This individual must have professional appearance along with strong written and verbal communication skills. This role will also support day-to-day administrative tasks, including human resources systems administration, and accounting tasks. Professionally greets, and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and employees in a professional manner, and notifies employees of guest. Manage the front desk, reception area, mail, deliveries, and general office communications. Provide general customer service and administrative support, following policy, procedures, and a high expectation of customer attentiveness regarding staff and visitors. Schedule appointments, meetings and conference rooms as needed. Provide daily administrative support to management and staff. Input data into software programs. Prepare, format, organize, and maintain, and inventory documents (e.g. sales tax exemption, H.R. legal postings, etc), reports, spreadsheets, marketing items in reception area, and correspondences. Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, recordkeeping, and special projects. Support payroll administration by collecting and verifying timekeeping and related information. Conduct customers credit checks and assist with establishing and maintaining customer credit accounts. Assist in event coordinating efforts. Requirements Required Qualifications Minimum of two years administrative experience. Education, Experience, And Knowledge High School Diploma or GED Data entry experience. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required by this position that include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
