# Healthcare Provider Contracts Manager Needed!

Requirements: Excellent negotiation, oral and written communication skills; excellent analytical and research skills; ability to multi-task and respond under pressure; superior interpersonal and problem solving skills; superior organizational and planning skills; strong ability to be flexible and manage change; strong computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point). Knowledge of Medi-Cal managed care and physician and hospital contracting required.
• BS and/or equivalent; Master’s degree desired.
• Healthcare Administration Experience;
• Six years supervisory and management experience. Proven track record and experience in managed healthcare field required. The Provider Contracts Manager works collaboratively with company staff and other agencies/participants involved in the contract development and approval processes including the Director of Legal Affairs and Chief Financial Officer.
