Community Investment Coordinator

As the Community Investment Coordinator, you’ll be a part of the team leading DRW’s social impact initiatives. We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support and drive seamless daily operations. Day to day, you’ll work closely with both employees and nonprofit partners to inform and design initiatives that cultivate a culture of giving and volunteering across the firm.  Key Responsibilities  Employee Engagement & Event Coordination:  Lead volunteer recruitment and event planning for internal volunteer opportunities, in collaboration with nonprofit partners  Develop and implement annual volunteer calendar, communications, and outreach plans    Co-manage Community Champions, providing guidance on training, program, and communications  Process employee-driven event sponsorship requests  Administer incentive program for new hires and relevant events  Assist in the design and execution of the firm’s annual giving campaign and global volunteer month campaign  Cultivate a culture of giving and volunteering within the organization by championing and supporting strategic programs  Operations, Data Management, & Administrative Support:  Maintain accurate data entry of firm’s philanthropic giving into our grants management database  Ensure the accuracy of grant agreements by reviewing, maintaining, and updating records. and managing documentation to support successful grant administration and reporting  Collaborate with Accounting to Process invoices and grants  Develop and update communications, resources, and content for intranet pages  Manage entry of all volunteer events into volunteer database  Design, order, and manage inventory of community investment materials and collateral  Collect and file acknowledgement letters  Support with scheduling external meetings as needed  Team Support:  Serve as a brand ambassador, responsible for managing some aspects of our partnerships with our non-profit and community-based partners  Support the team in the design and enhancement of the firm’s global community investment program, by conducting research, analyzing community needs, identifying potential partnerships, and contributing to the development of strategic plans and initiatives that align with the firm's mission and values  You'll be right at home if you: Demonstrate passion for social impact and a desire to work in corporate philanthropy Have excellent organization skills and a meticulous attention to detail Consistently aim to deliver high-quality work Approach problems and work with a data-driven mindset, creativity, and determination, while balancing multiple priorities effectively Are flexible and willing to adapt in an ever-changing environment Have strong written and verbal communication skills Are comfortable keeping others on task and owning a process Have a passion for building meaningful relationships Are proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel, as well as other web-based system Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027 Work authorization in the United States without the need for sponsorship DRW is a diversified trading firm with over 3 decades of experience bringing sophisticated technology and exceptional people together to operate in markets around the world.  We value autonomy and the ability to quickly pivot to capture opportunities, so we operate using our own capital and trading at our own risk.   Headquartered in Chicago with offices throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia, we trade a variety of asset classes including Fixed Income, ETFs, Equities, FX, Commodities and Energy across all major global markets. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
