We specialize in connecting clients with internationally renowned plastic surgeons and advanced aesthetic procedures, including rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, mommy makeovers, body contouring, facelifts, and other transformative cosmetic treatments. Drive revenue through high-volume sales activity , managing a busy pipeline, following up consistently, and maintaining strong conversion rates. Meet and exceed performance goals across revenue, conversion rate, follow-up cadence, and productivity metrics. Build trust and influence decisions by uncovering patient motivations, addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and confidently guiding prospects toward the right healthcare solution. Present and position TreVita's premium medical travel programs , effectively communicating the value of our physicians, treatment options, concierge services, travel coordination, accommodations, financial support, and recovery support. Deliver an exceptional patient experience by serving as a knowledgeable and responsive point of contact from initial consultation through treatment booking. Maintain accurate pipeline and patient records within HubSpot CRM, ensuring detailed documentation and timely follow-up activities. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams by sharing patient feedback, identifying trends, and contributing ideas that improve lead quality and conversion outcomes. What We Look For Minimum 2+ years of direct plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, aesthetic medicine, or surgical consultation sales experience required. Results-oriented professional who is motivated by commissions and consistently achieving ambitious goals. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and guide decision-making. Resilient, competitive, and highly self-motivated with a positive attitude. Coachable, growth-minded, and eager to continuously improve performance. Comfortable discussing sensitive personal and healthcare-related topics with professionalism and empathy. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
