SAP Basis (Portal Administration)

Title : SAP Basis (Portal Administration) Location : Houston, TX Duration : 6 Months Interview : Phone Interview Responsibilities Participating in application support activities, including interaction with end users, troubleshooting and correcting issues, and reporting to management. Responsible for supporting Basis and Portal issues reported by end users. Will be responsible for analyzing requirements, recommending preferred solutions based on technical standards and best practices. Working directly with SAP and internal CPC IT functional teams to analyze issues and new designs. Skill Requirement 3+ years of SAP Basis experience is required 3+ years of SAP Netweaver Portal Administration experience is required 3+ years of SAP Netweaver Portal Java or WebDynpro ABAP development is preferred Experience in UNIX shell programming, file handling and editing is preferred 1-2 years of experience with SQL and relational databases is preferred Strong experience working in a Windows Server environment is preferred Experience Experience in all phases of systems implementation, including analysis/design, development, documentation, testing, and support is required. Demonstrated ability and willingness to investigate, diagnose, and solve complex problems quickly is required. Ability to work independently in a team environment, to collaborate well with others and to coordinate with numerous teams and people to accomplish goals and assignments is required.
