# Receptionist Administrative Assistant

Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tinley Park, IL. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Assist the Purchasing Department with orders and follow-up Assist with inventory data entry. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Coordinate office supplies and inventory management. Support team members with various projects as needed. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
