Responsibilities Design, size and maintain server and virtualization architecture Build, configure and maintain data center infrastructure (compute, storage, virtualization) Administer and monitor backup solutions and perform periodic restore/DR tests Apply system updates, patches and security hardening; manage endpoint protection Monitor system health, capacity and performance; respond proactively to alerts Automate routine operational tasks through scripting Provide high-level (L2/L3) technical support and escalate to appropriate teams Perform preventive maintenance and keep system documentation up to date Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, Minimum 4 years of experience in systems administration, Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux Server infrastructure, Active Directory (GPO, DNS, DHCP) and virtualization (VMware vSphere), Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD), including hybrid identity, Experience managing server, storage (SAN/NAS) and backup hardware/solutions, Hands-on experience with backup & recovery technologies (e.g. Veeam) and restore testing, Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g. Zabbix/Grafana) and patch management, Familiarity with information security practices and IT frameworks (ITIL, ISO 27001), Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good command of written and spoken English, Relevant certifications are a plus.
