Senior Financial Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $120,000 to $140,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities while supporting enterprise wide business objectives. Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and performance reports to support strategic decision making. Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on revenue growth, expense management, profitability, and performance metrics. Drive reporting enhancements, automation initiatives, and process improvements that increase efficiency and visibility. Requirements A Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related quantitative field. 3+ years of experience in financial planning, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related analytical role. Demonstrate strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance evaluation. Possess advanced Excel skills and experience working with enterprise financial planning or reporting systems. Maintain a strong understanding of financial statements, key business drivers, and financial reporting concepts. Qualifications Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to interpret complex financial and operational data. Communicate financial insights effectively to executives, business leaders, and nonfinancial stakeholders. Demonstrate the ability to work independently while taking ownership of key financial areas and initiatives. Maintain excellent organizational skills while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
