Clearance:  Active TS/SCI Responsibilities and/or Success Factors: Develop, implement, and maintain a robust, easily accessible, user friendly, metrics and reporting system on every domain, drawing from the wealth of data collected through GPC Assessments. The program should target all levels of leadership, internal and external, pushing standard reports as well as allowing interactive analysis to support ad hoc queries to support well informed decision making. The system should use appropriate visualization tools that are intuitive and accessible to the user on any domain. Identify systems enhancements and new capabilities, concept demonstrators, capability business cases. Provide training as new systems and capabilities move into operational use. Represent the GPC Program on technical teams or consortiums. Minimum Qualifications Including Certificates:  Familiarity with MS Office, data mining, ability to develop and manipulate, and maintain Demonstrated experience using COTS statistical software (SPSS, SAS, MatLab ), COTS desktop software (MS Office and Access), and the Windows operating environment. Demonstrated experience with software packages used for advanced statistical analysis of operational data and tools for data visualization (Tableau). Ability to develop mathematical algorithms and applications in response to complex requirements. Ability to identify systems enhancements and new capabilities, concept demonstrators, capability business cases. Ability to provide training as new systems and capabilities move into operational use. Ability to take leadership roles on technical teams or consortiums. Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills and an ability to work cooperatively and effectively as a team member. Desired Qualifications:  Experience working with/on certification programs and policy development.
