# People Ops Specialist

The People Operations Specialist plays an integral role at Favor. The People Operations Specialist manages day-to-day employee lifecycle tasks, supports onboarding, benefits, and maintains accurate HR data systems. The role is dedicated to ensuring that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently and will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. This role will also play an active role in maintaining a good relationship with our parent company HEB.
