# Customer Service Advisor

Role Overview As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first and last point of contact for customers, creating positive impressions and fostering loyalty by offering oil change options and additional services using your product knowledge. Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with guests, recommend services, and ensure exceptional customer interactions. Qualifications & Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work face-to-face, eagerness to learn, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in non-climate-controlled environments, and fluency in English.
