Director of Activations

Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.  We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Activations to lead high-impact initiatives that drive participation, cultural engagement, and long-term movement growth around key social issues.  This role sits within Stand Together’s Activations capability, which turns priority initiatives into scalable opportunities for people to participate and take meaningful action. The Director of Activations will serve as the day-to-day leader and integrator of complex initiatives, translating activation strategy into coordinated execution and aligning internal teams, external partners, platforms, and workstreams around shared goals and measurable outcomes.  This role may be especially well suited to someone who has operated as an executive producer, integrated producer, initiative lead, or similar cross-functional leader who can take an ambitious idea, understand what is required to bring it to life, and orchestrate the right people and capabilities to deliver it.
