What You'll Do As a Licensed Sales Producer, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most by offering personalized insurance solutions. Your day will include: Building relationships with prospective customers Following up on company-provided leads Making outbound calls to generate new business Identifying customers' insurance needs Recommending the right coverage options Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals Delivering outstanding customer service Conducting policy reviews and educating clients on available products

You'll be successful if you are: Self-motivated Competitive Goal-oriented Coachable Comfortable talking with people Persistent and resilient Able to handle rejection with confidence Passionate about helping others Looking for a long-term career Sales experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
Qualifications 1-3 years of sales experience preferred Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales-related experience Excellent communication skills Strong organizational and computer skills Ability to build trust and rapport with customers Property & Casualty License preferred (required after hire if not currently licensed) Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
