Role Description The Administrative Assistant – Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Memphis, TN. This position supports HR operations by handling day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and assisting with onboarding and orientation activities. The role includes answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, and coordinating communications between HR, management, and employees. The Administrative Assistant will also perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization, while helping ensure HR processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies. Collaboration with HR leadership to support recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations initiatives may also be part of the daily responsibilities. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting multiple stakeholders. Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inquiries professionally and interact effectively with employees, clients, and visitors. Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and basic recordkeeping. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management abilities in a fast-paced office environment. Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Prior experience in human resources or security-related industries is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required
