# CDL-A No-Touch Driver

Home Time: Weekly | Location: Baton Rouge, LA 70801 Pay: $1,500 to $1,600 Per Week Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van Weekly home time 100% no-touch dry van freight 400+ mile average length of haul 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth equipment Consistent freight flow and longer average lengths of haul help support productive miles while providing weekly home time throughout the lower 48 states. Freight & Operations Drivers haul 100% no-touch dry van freight with 50-60% drop and hook freight and 40-50% live unload freight. Drivers may park at approved terminals or take their truck home. Paid parking is not reimbursed. Dispatch support is available 24 hours per day. Average length of haul exceeds 400 miles, helping drivers spend more time driving and less time handling frequent load transitions. Compensation CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,500 to $1,600 per week with direct deposit and consistent freight availability throughout the year. Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour Layover Pay: $100 per day excluding Sunday Equipment Equipment is assigned based on availability at the terminal. Trucks: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth Driver Amenities: 1200 to 1500-watt inverter Take-Home Option: Drivers may take assigned equipment home when approved Fuel Network: Love's, Pilot, and Flying J Orientation Three-day paid orientation program. Drivers receive $100 per day orientation pay. Hotel accommodations, transportation, and meals are provided. Drivers are assigned equipment and begin dispatch after orientation. If a driver's medical card has expired, the cost of obtaining a new physical may be reimbursed or covered prior to orientation. Benefits Health Coverage: BlueCross BlueShield medical, dental, and vision after 30 days Retirement: 401(k) with Fidelity and company matching up to 4% Time Off: Vacation program available Passenger Program: Riders permitted age 10 and older Pet Policy: One pet permitted with no breed or weight restrictions Qualifications 3 months of experience within the last 12 months or 12 months of experience within the last 3 years. Dry van or reefer experience preferred with a CDL-A tractor-trailer. Flatbed, tanker, and oil field experience will also be considered.
