# Regional After Sales Manager

Regional After Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor the operational performance of authorized service centers within the assigned region and identify areas for improvement
• Analyze key service performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, efficiency, and parts/labor sales
• Ensure compliance with Chery’s service standards and operational procedures
• Provide technical and operational support to regional service teams and coordinate necessary training needs
• Implement and follow up on regional after-sales campaigns to increase parts and service sales
• Support technical and operational aspects of new service center setups
• Prepare regular reports for the Senior After Sales Manager and provide strategic input
• Ensure effective handling of customer complaints and support improvement actions Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in after-sales service
• Experience in regional management and knowledge of dealer/service operations is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Completed military service
• Good command of English (Chinese is a plus)
