We are seeking an Analyst to join our Enforcement Analytics Team , which delivers data-driven solutions that support government enforcement efforts and commercial nonprofit missions. Primary Duties Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop creative, compelling data visualizations for both technical and nontechnical audiences. Apply statistical methods to support enforcement of laws, regulations, and policies. Design scalable, repeatable, and high-impact analytics solutions. Translate analytical findings into clear summaries and reports for stakeholders. Minimum Technical Requirements U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline) 1–3 years of experience in a quantitative or data-focused role Proficiency in Microsoft applications Preferred Skills 1-2 years of experience in loan underwriting Experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and presentations Experience preparing and presenting analytical results to diverse audiences Compensation and Benefits Full-Time Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 This range reflects our market-based pay structure. Individual compensation is determined by factors including business needs, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications (skills, education, experience).
