Compex Technician

Job Summary As a Compex Technician at SPN, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Compex equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Job Responsibilities Perform installation, calibration, and testing of Compex electrical stimulation devices. Conduct routine maintenance and preventative checks on all Compex equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, performing necessary repairs and part replacements. Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including installations, repairs, and maintenance. Provide technical support and training to users on the proper operation and care of Compex devices. Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for Compex equipment servicing. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client needs and provide technical insights. Job Qualifications Proven experience as an electronics technician or in a similar technical role, preferably with medical or rehabilitation equipment. Strong understanding of electrical and electronic principles. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex technical issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license may be required for field service roles. Relevant technical certification or diploma in electronics, biomedical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
