Job details mentioned below: Job Title: Sr. Business Applications Analyst Location: San Francisco, CA 94102 Duration: 2+ years Client: Direct Client Minimum Job-Specific Skills/Qualifications Required (in order of relative importance): The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience in the following:  Three plus years experience as a business analyst, including participation and/or lead role in one or more of the following comparative evaluations:  at least two business applications/systems an out of the box vs. configured versions of the same business applications/systems or an integrated work management system vs. a best-in-breed approach  Two Years minimum as a sr. business analyst  Skilled in writing documentation including Cost Benefit Analysis, Gap Analysis, Business Requirements and Specifications, Test Plans and Scripts, and schedules.  One plus year of experience in market research, identification of viable alternatives and/or use of “off the shelf” business applications.  Skilled in evaluating business processes in any current business application system and proposing improvements.  Two plus years experience interacting with internal and external groups to gather business requirements and document business processes.  Skilled in Program or Project Management. Additional Skills/Qualifications Desired:  Recent experience working with TRIRIGA or a similar real estate/facility management system  Recent experience working with Real Estate and/or Facility Management and/or Environmental and/or Financial business units  Experience working within a non-technology business unit ...
